The Southern Naval Command Maritime Museum has a collection of weapons used by the navy, models of ships, and models depicting the history of seaways and harbours in Kerala. They also have the Indian Navy uniform, badges, ranks etc. Must see objects include the anchor and life-buoy from the Portuguese ship Afonso De Albuqurque.
